Questions
What is the difference between the 1-side and 2-side options?
1-Side Leatherette Only engraves the leatherette side. 2-Side Leatherette + Metal also engraves the metal back. The metal side looks sharp and clean.
Can you put a QR code on the keychain?
Yes, on the metal side with the 2-side option. Send us the link or QR file. The metal side also works for a phone number, website, slogan, date, initials, or your logo.
Do you do bulk logo keychains for my business?
Yes. Email the quantity and your logo to customammoth@gmail.com. Any file format works, but a higher-quality, higher-resolution file gives a better result. We always send a design proof before we engrave. For ideas for realtors, dealerships, and events, read our guide to logo keychains for your business.
Which color shows my logo best?
It is about 1.5″ round and comes in 12 colors. Light colors and the Black Silver / Black Gold options give strong contrast. Email us if you want advice.
Returns and shipping?
All items are custom-made, so there are no returns or refunds (Refund Policy). Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on U.S. orders over $50; other shipping is paid. You choose the method at checkout, and risk passes to the buyer at carrier handover (Shipping Policy). Small orders can often ship the same day if you approve the proof early; larger orders usually ship 3-5 business days after approval.
