When placing an order, you select your preferred shipping method from the available postal or courier options at checkout. Custom Mammoth is not responsible for the availability, cost, or performance of the carrier you choose.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or any events outside our control.

Once we hand the package to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. We are not responsible for loss, damage, theft, or non-delivery after the package has been transferred to the carrier. Any shipping-related claims must be directed to the carrier according to their policies.

We offer free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on U.S. orders over $50. Other shipping methods are paid.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and do not include customs duties, taxes, or other fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Tracking information (if provided by the carrier) will be shared with you after handover. You are responsible for monitoring delivery.
