We want every product to make you happy and meet your expectations. All Custom Mammoth products (Mammoth Engraving on Etsy) are custom-made to order based on your specifications, so we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

Each item is made individually, carefully inspected by us before shipping, and is exclusive to your order. Because of the custom nature of our work, products are not suitable for resale or restocking. Before any engraving starts, we send you a design proof, and production begins only after you approve it.

We take care to check every item during production. In the rare and exceptional case of a verified production error on our part (for example, an engraving that does not match the approved design), we may, at our sole discretion and without any obligation, offer a remake. Any such decision is made case by case and does not create a right to a remake, replacement, or refund. We do not accept claims based on personal preference, small variations that are natural for custom and natural materials, or issues that arise after the item has left our possession.

Design proofs and approval

We send a design proof for your order by email and through the platform you ordered on. Please check your email (including spam) and reply to approve or request changes. If we don’t hear back within 5 business days after we send the proof, and after we have tried to reach you, we may complete your order based on the details you provided and our best design judgment. Orders completed this way are final and are covered by our no-returns policy.
