How to Order

- Email your text, logo, or artwork to customammoth@gmail.com. Any file format is fine, but quality and resolution matter.
- We send a design proof before engraving. If there is no reply within 5 business days after the proof and we tried to reach you, we may complete the order based on your order details and our best design judgment.
- After approval, we engrave and pack your order in our family studio in the USA.
Good to Know
Can I order name tags for my whole team?
Yes. Email us the names and quantity. Production usually takes 3–5 business days after approval.
Does the magnet damage clothing?
No pins are needed, so there are no holes.
Which size should I choose?
3 1/4″ x 1 3/4″ fits a name plus a title or logo; 3 1/4″ x 1 1/4″ fits a name only. Both are the same price.
Returns and shipping?
All items are custom-made, so there are no returns or refunds (Refund Policy). Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on U.S. orders over $50; other shipping is paid. You choose the method at checkout, and risk passes to the buyer at carrier handover (Shipping Policy).

What sizes and colors are there?
There are two sizes: 3 1/4″ x 1 3/4″ and 3 1/4″ x 1 1/4″. Colors: Black/Silver, Black/Gold, Rawhide Brown, Rustic Brown/Gold, Dark Brown, Tan, Gray, Mauve, and Pink. Every option includes a magnet.
Can you add our company logo?
Yes. Email your text, logo, or artwork to customammoth@gmail.com. Any file format works, but a higher-quality, higher-resolution file gives a better result. Send the names and job titles for each badge in the same email. Dental and medical offices often add a practice logo too; see our guide to badges, pens, and keychains for dental offices.
Will I see a proof before you engrave?
Yes. We always email you a design proof before we engrave, so you can check every name. Please check your spam folder too, and reply to approve it.
Will the name wear off?
The name is engraved into the badge surface, so it doesn’t peel like a printed label or a sticker.
When will my name badges ship?
Small orders of 1–10 badges can often ship the same day if you approve the proof early. Larger orders usually ship 3–5 business days after approval. For bulk orders, email us your quantity for a quote. Ground Advantage shipping is free on U.S. orders over $50.
