Questions
What is the star made of?
Solid stainless steel with a polished silver finish. It is about 50 x 50 mm and comes in a black gift box, so it is ready to give or drop into a Christmas stocking.
How much text fits on the star?
The engraving area is about 25 x 25 mm, so short text works best: a name, a date, or a few words. For a logo, any file format works, but a higher-quality, higher-resolution file gives a better result.
Can I engrave both sides?
Yes. You can engrave one side or both sides.
Will I see a proof before you engrave?
Yes. We always email you a design proof before we engrave. Reply to approve it, or tell us what to change.
Returns and shipping?
All items are custom-made, so there are no returns or refunds (Refund Policy). Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on U.S. orders over $50; other shipping is paid. You choose the method at checkout, and risk passes to the buyer at carrier handover (Shipping Policy). Small orders can often ship the same day if you approve the proof early; larger orders usually ship 3-5 business days after approval.

What a wonderful experience. Before shipping my item they sent me a message to see if I liked the layout of my words. When I approved they went ahead and shipped. When I received my item. They had a card saying how much they appreciate there sale with me. It also had thank you stickers on shipping package and inside. They did a little gift wrap of the box my item came in with cute little ribbon and bow. Inside box with item the inside of box had a mold to support item from rattling loss and getting damaged. I was really impressed on how much love and care they put into your purchase. The item I ordered was a keychain and it was so much better in person the pic doesn’t do it justice. If you want a personalized item definitely order through them you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again.

I couldn’t be happier with this order! WOW! These are solid metal stars (they are substantial weight) and the engraving came out beautiful. They are sure to impress the women I’m giving them to. Also, amazing customer service. The owner/designer checked the art with me prior to printing and was very patient with my changes. She shipped the order within 24 hours of my art approval.

My first order was list in the mail. I reordered the same product and it was placed in the mail that same day. I thank her soooo much! The product is BEAUTIFUL! And beautifully wrapped. She included a pen that was engraved with my name on it. It’s gorgeous!! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!

The star charm itself is exactly what I expected. It’s marvelous! I love the curvature, the noticeable weight, the smooth edges, and the engraving is exactly where I requested it. The key ring and attachment are not as robust as the charm, but I can swap those out easily enough. I definitely would recommend.

The star keychains are exactly what I envisioned. I do something star themed year in honor of my late son. These were a perfect choice and they were shipped so quickly and each one turned out perfect. Highly recommend.
