How to Order

1. Choose your options and place your order.
2. Email your text, logo, or artwork to customammoth@gmail.com. Any file format is fine, but quality and resolution matter.
3. We send a design proof before engraving. If there is no reply within 5 business days after the proof and we tried to reach you, we may complete the order based on your order details and our best design judgment.
4. After approval, we engrave and pack your order in our family studio in the USA.

Good to Know

Leatherette or slate coasters for favors: which should I pick?
Leatherette is soft and light with a warm look; slate is natural stone with a rustic look. Both are about 4″. We also offer engraved slate coasters.

Can I use these for a baby shower or reunion, not only a wedding?
Yes. Baby showers, reunions, and other events are a good fit: add a name, date, short message, or logo.

What does Rawhide look like?
Rawhide is a warm brown tone; Beige is lighter. See the photos, and email us if you are unsure.

Returns and shipping?
All items are custom-made, so there are no returns or refunds (Refund Policy). Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on U.S. orders over $50; other shipping is paid. You choose the method at checkout, and risk passes to the buyer at carrier handover (Shipping Policy).

What pack sizes are there?
These are vegan leatherette coasters, about 4″, in Beige or Rawhide. You can order a single coaster. Packs: 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, and 100 coasters. Choose a pack size to see the price on this page.

Can you engrave our logo or monogram?
Yes. Email your text, logo, or artwork to customammoth@gmail.com. Any file format works, but a higher-quality, higher-resolution file gives a better result. Names, a date, a short message, or a logo all work.

Will I see a proof before you engrave?
Yes. We always email you a design proof before we engrave. Please check your spam folder too, and reply to approve it. We usually reply within an hour, and typically within a day.

Will the engraving peel off?
No. The laser engraves the design into the leatherette surface, so it doesn’t peel like a print or a vinyl sticker.

How soon will the coasters ship?
Larger orders usually ship 3–5 business days after you approve the proof. Orders of 1–10 coasters can often ship the same day if you approve the proof early. Please tell us your event date when you order. Ground Advantage shipping is free on U.S. orders over $50.
