Questions

How much does it cost, and what colors are there?
The price for one side or both sides is shown on this page. It is about 2 3/4″ x 1 1/4″ and comes in Gray, Purple, and Tan.

What should I put on the back side?
A date, a short message like “drive safe,” or a small symbol. For an anniversary, many people engrave initials on the front and a date on the back.

Can I order matching keychains for a group?
Yes, for bridesmaids or a team. Email us the names.

Will I see a proof first?
Yes. We always email you a design proof before we engrave. Reply to approve it, or tell us what to change. Any file format works, but a higher-quality, higher-resolution file gives a better result.

Returns and shipping?
All items are custom-made, so there are no returns or refunds (Refund Policy). Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on U.S. orders over $50; other shipping is paid. You choose the method at checkout, and risk passes to the buyer at carrier handover (Shipping Policy). Small orders can often ship the same day if you approve the proof early; larger orders usually ship 3-5 business days after approval.
