Questions
What sizes and packs are there?
Each coaster is about 4″, square or circle, with soft cushions on the bottom. You can order a single coaster. Packs: 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, and 100 coasters. Choose a pack size to see the price on this page.
What logo file should I send?
Yes. Email your text, logo, or artwork to customammoth@gmail.com. Any file format works, but a higher-quality, higher-resolution file gives a better result. This works for a family monogram or a business logo.
Will I see a proof before you engrave?
Yes. We always email you a design proof before we engrave. Please check your spam folder too, and reply to approve it. We usually reply within an hour, and typically within a day.
Will the engraving wear off with use?
The design is engraved into the slate surface, so it doesn’t peel like a print or a sticker.
When will my coasters ship?
Small orders of 1–10 pieces can often ship the same day if you approve the proof early in the day. Larger orders usually ship 3–5 business days after you approve the proof. We ship with USPS Ground Advantage, Priority, or Express, and Ground Advantage is free on U.S. orders over $50.

I initially ordered samples of the items that I was interested in. The seller was amazing in terms of communication and clarification of any questions. Responses were timely. Upon receipt of the samples I showed them to the bride & groom to decide which style they wanted as favors for their wedding. They chose the round w/monogram initial and last name/date (I preferred the square but wasn’t for to decide). I returned to the seller to order a bulk order of 80 and the pricing was great! I received a personal link for payment and my order arrived in approx 2-3 weeks! They threw in a few extra in case delivery may have damaged some…I love them and can’t wait to distribute at their wedding in August. This is a practical wedding favor, and one that would be used again by anyone in their household, which was my goal. JCOLE VACATIONS

I reached out to the seller about a customized design and they did not disappoint! We love our new coasters, which have a very similar design to our wedding sign 🙂
