Good to Know
Does my detailed logo fit on a small rock?
Simple logos fit best. For detailed logos or text, the 2–3 inch size is better. Send us the file and we can advise.
What is the minimum for a bulk order?
Bulk quotes start at 25 stones with the same design.
Are these good for a trade show or retreat?
Yes. They are small, unusual, and people often keep them.
Returns and shipping?
All items are custom-made, so there are no returns or refunds (Refund Policy). Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on U.S. orders over $50; other shipping is paid. You choose the method at checkout, and risk passes to the buyer at carrier handover (Shipping Policy).

Questions
What sizes are there?
There are two sizes: 1–2 inch and 2–3 inch. Bulk orders are welcome. For 25 or more stones with the same design, email us your quantity for a quote.
What logo file should I send?
Yes. Email your text, logo, or artwork to customammoth@gmail.com. Any file format works, but a higher-quality, higher-resolution file gives a better result. If your logo has small details or text, the 2–3 inch size usually works better.
Will I see a proof before you engrave?
Yes. We always email you a design proof before we engrave. Please check your spam folder too, and reply to approve it. We usually reply within an hour, and typically within a day.
How long does the engraved logo last?
The logo is engraved into the stone itself, so it doesn’t peel or rub off like a printed logo or a sticker.
Is the engraving deep?
Yes, you can feel it. The laser usually goes about 1 mm into the stone. Every river rock is natural and unique, so depth and contrast can vary a little from stone to stone.
How fast can a bulk order ship?
Larger orders usually ship 3–5 business days after you approve the proof. Small orders of 1–10 stones can often ship the same day if you approve the proof early. If you have an event date, tell us when you order. Ground Advantage shipping is free on U.S. orders over $50.

The rocks are a good size. I ordered the bigger one but they still were bigger than what I thought. The engraving was perfect. I reached out to see if I can change the wording on all 6. They had no problem with that. They also send you a print of what it would look like for you to approve before they make it. I’ve already ordered another to send to a different State. You won’t go wrong with this company.

The stones are beautiful and a fitting memento for our upcoming memorial. The script on each stone is substantial and the artistry lovely. I appreciated being able to customize them and that Mammoth Engraving took the time to discuss this with me via messaging and was quick to get back to me. Thanks so much again! PS

Beautiful work! I ordered 20 river rocks (10 “We Are Nobody,” 10 “Incomplete Without You”) with a custom icon design I sent over, and they turned out exactly as I’d hoped. The engraving is crisp and clean, easy to read against the dark stone, and each rock has its own natural shape and character — no two are identical. I especially appreciated that the artwork was scaled to fit each individual stone’s size rather than one uniform template — you could tell real care went into each piece.
The seller sent me proofs before production so I could approve everything, and communicated quickly throughout the whole process — I never had to wonder where things stood. Arrived quickly and well packaged too. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a meaningful, personalized gift!
