Good to Know
Can each employee’s name go on the pen?
Yes. Email us a list of names together with your logo.
Which works best for a logo, pen or sleeve?
The sleeve has more space, so it is better for bigger logos. The pen fits short text or a small logo.
Is this a good employee appreciation gift?
Yes, a pen and sleeve set is useful, personal, and budget-friendly.
Returns and shipping?
All items are custom-made, so there are no returns or refunds (Refund Policy). Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on U.S. orders over $50; other shipping is paid. You choose the method at checkout, and risk passes to the buyer at carrier handover (Shipping Policy).

Questions
What are the options?
You can buy the Case Only (leatherette sleeve), the Pen Only, or the Pen & Case set. The price for each option is shown on this page. Colors: Black/Gold, Tan, Pink, and Brown/Gold. The pen is about 5 5/16″ with black ink and a touch head. The sleeve is about 6 1/4″ x 1 1/4″.
What logo file should I send?
Yes. Email your text, logo, or artwork to customammoth@gmail.com. Any file format works, but a higher-quality, higher-resolution file gives a better result. For bigger logos, the sleeve has more space than the pen.
Will I see a proof before you engrave?
Yes. We always email you a design proof before we engrave. Please check your spam folder too, and reply to approve it. We usually reply within an hour, and typically within a day.
Will the logo wear off?
The logo is engraved into the surface of the pen or sleeve, so it doesn’t peel like a printed logo or a sticker.
How fast can you ship pens for my team?
Orders of 1–10 pens can often ship the same day if you approve the proof early. Larger orders usually ship 3–5 business days after approval. Email us your quantity for a quote. Planning a welcome kit or a conference giveaway? See our guide to logo pens for onboarding kits and trade shows. Ground Advantage shipping is free on U.S. orders over $50.

Etsy customer –
The item came out exactly as I requested. It was even wrapped very nicely, as a gift which saved me some time. The weight of the pen was a bit lighter than I was expecting, but still wrote really well and was comfortable to hold. I still think it was pretty fair for the price. Shipping and response time was very fast. Would definitely recommend.

I was concerned because not all pens are created equal, but the printing, quality, and customer service are spot on. They not only created what I had asked for, but they also offered a mockup (requested an open heart image). Also, the pen is a great weight and writes super smoothly. I can’t wait to give it to my Dad with the book about his life! HIGHLY recommend!
Shavon –

Mammoth Engravings were so very patient and helpful in making this gift just that. And then raised the bar by surprising me with both of the creations we conversated over. Thank you! 🥹
