Good to Know
Which size do I need for my design?
1–2 inch fits one short word or initials; 2–3 inch fits a name, date, or small design. Email us if you are unsure.
Can I engrave my child’s drawing?
Yes. Email a clear photo or scan of the drawing.
Can engraved rocks be used outside in a garden?
Yes, many people use them in gardens and plant pots.
Returns and shipping?
All items are custom-made, so there are no returns or refunds (Refund Policy). Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on U.S. orders over $50; other shipping is paid. You choose the method at checkout, and risk passes to the buyer at carrier handover (Shipping Policy).

Questions
What sizes are there?
There are two sizes: 1–2 inch and 2–3 inch. Each rock is natural, so the shape and size vary a little. For 25 or more stones with the same design, email us for a quote.
Can I send my own design or logo?
Yes. Email your text, logo, or artwork to customammoth@gmail.com. Any file format works, but a higher-quality, higher-resolution file gives a better result. A drawing, a word, a name, or a logo all work.
Will I see a proof before you engrave?
Yes. We always email you a design proof before we engrave. Please check your spam folder too, and reply to approve it. We usually reply within an hour, and typically within a day.
How long does the engraving last?
The design is engraved into the stone itself, so it doesn’t peel or rub off like a print or a sticker.
Is the engraving deep?
Yes, you can feel it. The laser usually goes about 1 mm into the stone. Every river rock is natural and unique, so depth and contrast can vary a little from stone to stone.
When will my order ship?
Small orders of 1–10 pieces can often ship the same day if you approve the proof early in the day. Larger orders usually ship 3–5 business days after you approve the proof. We ship with USPS Ground Advantage, Priority, or Express, and Ground Advantage is free on U.S. orders over $50.

Love, love, love the product! Also, incredible communication and direction to make sure the logo was the right size. I’m so grateful and excited about my purchase!
mickb –
These much larger than I had expected. Very nice. 10 were done and in the mail the day after ordering. Very pleased and I ordered 10 more in another size. If I had to find a criticism I’d say these are more watched than engraved or carved. But are perfect for our need. Thanks for the quality and fast service!
Mary B. –
Very well done. Very happy

Great communication and fast shipment! Love them! Thank you!

These are great! I had ordered 10 and then ordered 10 more in a smaller size. Again, my order was filled fast and shipped quickly. The seller even included a couple examples of other etching. The shallow edging gives the best contrast but deeper etching while having a better feel does lose some of the contrast and you cannot see as well, so I recommend going with the sellers advice on the shallowest etched rocks. Another important point is the value on these they’re very nice and you have to consider the price includes shipping. I received 5 pound envelopes in the mail for the price! This is an all-around five star review.
