Questions
What is in the set, and is engraving included?
Five pieces: fork, spoon, knife, dessert spoon, and dessert fork. Engraving on all 5 pieces is included. We engrave the set; the manufacturer states it is 18/10 stainless steel.
What do people engrave on flatware?
A first name, initials, “Mr.” and “Mrs.”, or a wedding date.
How do I care for the set?
Hand wash or use a gentle cycle and dry right away. A little edible mineral oil on the engraving can help protect it.
Will I see a proof first?
Yes. We always email you a design proof before we engrave. Reply to approve it, or tell us what to change.
Returns and shipping?
All items are custom-made, so there are no returns or refunds (Refund Policy). Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on U.S. orders over $50; other shipping is paid. You choose the method at checkout, and risk passes to the buyer at carrier handover (Shipping Policy). Small orders can often ship the same day if you approve the proof early; larger orders usually ship 3-5 business days after approval.

My dad LOVED his custom silverware. LOVED!!!! We did custom phrases based on jokes in our family, a different phrase for each set. He was obsessed and actually laid them all out properly for Christmas dinner to show them off (we have never done this, we are a one fork and knife only family). I can just imagine his delight picking a fork and reading his “fortune” every day. THANK YOU!!!
