Custom Engraved Slate Coasters, Wedding Favors with Names and Date, 4 Inch

Engraved Slate Coasters: Personalized Wedding Favors

Engraved slate coasters made as personalized wedding favors: natural slate, laser-engraved with the couple’s names, wedding date, or monogram, for guests to take home. Our small family studio in the USA engraves each coaster with a professional laser. They work as favors, as place cards on each table, and as thank-you gifts for the wedding party, bridal shower, or rehearsal dinner.

Good to Know

How many favor coasters do I need?
Many couples order one per guest or one per couple. Packs go up to 100, and you can combine packs.

Can each guest’s name be on a coaster, like a place card?
Yes, this can work. Email us your guest list.

Are all the coasters exactly the same?
No. Natural slate varies a little in shape and texture, which gives a rustic look.

Returns and shipping?
All items are custom-made, so there are no returns or refunds (Refund Policy). Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on U.S. orders over $50; other shipping is paid. You choose the method at checkout, and risk passes to the buyer at carrier handover (Shipping Policy).

Questions

What pack sizes are there?
You can order a single coaster. Packs: 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, and 100 coasters. Choose a pack size to see the price on this page. Square and circle are the same price. Each coaster is about 4″.

Can I use our own monogram or wedding logo?
Yes. Email your text, logo, or artwork to customammoth@gmail.com. Any file format works, but a higher-quality, higher-resolution file gives a better result. We can also design something simple with your names and date.

Will we see a proof before you engrave?
Yes. We always email you a design proof before we engrave. Please check your spam folder too, and reply to approve it. We usually reply within an hour, and typically within a day.

How long does the engraving last?
The design is engraved into the slate surface, so it doesn’t peel like a print or a sticker. Guests can use the coasters for drinks after the wedding.

How soon will the coasters ship?
Larger orders usually ship 3–5 business days after you approve the proof. Orders of 1–10 coasters can often ship the same day if you approve the proof early. Please tell us your wedding date when you order. Ground Advantage shipping is free on U.S. orders over $50.
