Questions
How do I send my photo?
After you order, email your photo to customammoth@gmail.com. A clear, well-lit, high-resolution photo with the face in focus gives the best detail. Any file format works.
Can the front and back be different?
Yes. Both sides are engraved, with the same or different designs. For example, a photo on one side and a name and dates on the other.
Will I see a proof first?
Yes. We always email you a design proof before we engrave. Reply to approve it, or tell us what to change. You can check the photo, names, and dates before we engrave.
How do I care for brass, and when does it ship?
Keep it dry, clean with a soft brush, and store it in its clear case. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days after design approval (estimate).
Returns and shipping?
All items are custom-made, so there are no returns or refunds (Refund Policy). Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on U.S. orders over $50; other shipping is paid. You choose the method at checkout, and risk passes to the buyer at carrier handover (Shipping Policy).

I ordered two engraved brass coins as gifts and they are perfect! They are even better than I imagined with beautiful engravings – there was even some background cleanup done on photos that made the engraving super clear. These are amazing, I will order more any time I need a gift like this!

This item is a wedding gift for my future son-in- law. I am in awe… it is beautiful, and a little heavier than I expected.
After I submitted the order, the crafter reached out to tell me that my photo wasn’t the best quality and its flaws would show through, likely leaving me disappointed. They patiently waited until we found a suitable replacement photo (about a week) and then promptly filled the order! I can’t wait to gift it and expect some tears will be shed. Thank you again!
