How to Order

1. Choose your options and place your order.
2. Email your text, logo, or artwork to customammoth@gmail.com. Any file format is fine, but quality and resolution matter.
3. We send a design proof before engraving. If there is no reply within 5 business days after the proof and we tried to reach you, we may complete the order based on your order details and our best design judgment.
4. After approval, we engrave and pack your order in our family studio in the USA.

Questions

How much are they, and can each have a different name?
The price is shown on this page, and bulk orders are welcome. Yes, each ornament can have a different client name. Email us your list with your logo.

Which shape is best for a wide logo?
The Oval (about 4.5″ x 3″) or Circle (about 3.7″) usually fit wide logos better. There is also a Christmas Tree (about 4.2″ x 4″) and a Star (about 4″).

What logo file should I send?
Email it to customammoth@gmail.com. Any file format works, but a higher-quality, higher-resolution file gives a better result. We always send a design proof before we engrave.

When should we order corporate Christmas gifts?
Early is best. Tell us your date and we do our best to plan around it. Small orders can often ship the same day if you approve the proof early; larger orders usually ship 3-5 business days after approval.

Returns and shipping?
All items are custom-made, so there are no returns or refunds (Refund Policy). Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on U.S. orders over $50; other shipping is paid. You choose the method at checkout, and risk passes to the buyer at carrier handover (Shipping Policy).
