How to Order
- Choose your options and place your order.
- Email your text, logo, or artwork to customammoth@gmail.com. Any file format is fine, but quality and resolution matter.
- We send a design proof before engraving. If there is no reply within 5 business days after the proof and we tried to reach you, we may complete the order based on your order details and our best design judgment.
- After approval, we engrave and pack your order in our family studio in the USA.

Can I hide a secret message inside?
Yes. You can choose Outside Only or Inside Only. Or choose Outside & Inside to engrave both.
What is a reminder bracelet?
A bracelet with a word or line that matters to you, like “breathe” or a loved one’s name.
Does it fit a large wrist?
It is about 8 1/2″ long with two clasps. Check your wrist size first. Colors: Dark Brown, Black, Tan, Rawhide, and Dark Brown / Gold.
Will I see a proof first?
Yes. We always email you a design proof before we engrave. Reply to approve it, or tell us what to change. You can check spelling and layout.
Returns and shipping?
All items are custom-made, so there are no returns or refunds (Refund Policy). Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on U.S. orders over $50; other shipping is paid. You choose the method at checkout, and risk passes to the buyer at carrier handover (Shipping Policy). Small orders can often ship the same day if you approve the proof early; larger orders usually ship 3-5 business days after approval.
