Good to Know
What can I write on a pet memorial stone?
Most people choose the pet’s name, dates, and a short line like “Forever in our hearts”.
My pet is not on the list. Can you still make one?
Yes. Choose Custom and email us a description or picture.
Is every stone the same?
No. Slate is natural, so shape and texture vary a little.
Returns and shipping?
All items are custom-made, so there are no returns or refunds (Refund Policy). Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on U.S. orders over $50; other shipping is paid. You choose the method at checkout, and risk passes to the buyer at carrier handover (Shipping Policy).

Questions
What sizes and styles are there?
The stone is natural slate, about 4″, in a square or circle shape. Styles: Dog, Cat, Hamster, Fish, Rabbit, Horse, Bird, Turtle, or Custom.
Can I get a custom design for my pet?
Yes. Choose the Custom style and email a description or a clear picture to customammoth@gmail.com. Any file format works, but a higher-quality, higher-resolution file gives a better result. We will show you the design in a proof first.
Will I see a proof before you engrave?
Yes. We always email you a design proof before we engrave, so you can check your pet’s name and dates. Please check your spam folder too, and reply to approve it.
How long does the engraving last?
The design is engraved into the slate surface, so it doesn’t peel like a print or a sticker. You can keep it on a shelf, by a photo, or in a garden.
When will it ship?
Small orders of 1–10 pieces can often ship the same day if you approve the proof early in the day. Larger orders usually ship 3–5 business days after approval. Ground Advantage shipping is free on U.S. orders over $50.
