How to Order

2. Email your text, logo, or artwork to customammoth@gmail.com. Any file format is fine, but quality and resolution matter.
3. We send a design proof before engraving. If there is no reply within 5 business days after the proof and we tried to reach you, we may complete the order based on your order details and our best design judgment.
4. After approval, we engrave and pack your order in our family studio in the USA.

Can I engrave a monogram?
Yes, initials and monograms work well.

Are the pages lined or blank?
There are 112 lined pages.

Returns and shipping?
All items are custom-made, so there are no returns or refunds (Refund Policy). Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on U.S. orders over $50; other shipping is paid. You choose the method at checkout, and risk passes to the buyer at carrier handover (Shipping Policy).

Questions

What size and colors are there?
The journal is about 5 1/4″ x 8 1/4″ x 3/4″, with 112 lined pages and a black satin ribbon. The cover is vegan leatherette in Pink, Gray, or Brown/Gold.

Can I put a logo or my own design on the cover?
Yes. Email your text, logo, or artwork to customammoth@gmail.com. Any file format works, but a higher-quality, higher-resolution file gives a better result. A name, initials, a short quote, or a logo all work.

Will I see a proof before you engrave?
Yes. We always email you a design proof before we engrave. Please check your spam folder too, and reply to approve it. We usually reply within an hour, and typically within a day.

Will the engraving rub off the cover?
The laser engraves the design into the leatherette cover, so it doesn’t peel like a print or a vinyl sticker.

When will my journal ship?
Small orders of 1–10 pieces can often ship the same day if you approve the proof early in the day. Larger orders usually ship 3–5 business days after you approve the proof. We ship with USPS Ground Advantage, Priority, or Express, and Ground Advantage is free on U.S. orders over $50.
