Custom Mammoth (also operating as Mammoth Engraving on Etsy) is a small online shop that produces custom laser-engraved products. We sell online only. By submitting Customer Materials, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

  • You own all rights, title, and interest in the Customer Materials, or you have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and clearances from the rightful owner(s).
  • The Customer Materials do not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, publicity right, privacy right, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right of any third party.
  • You have the full legal right and authority to authorize us to use the Customer Materials to produce and deliver your order.
  • You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Custom Mammoth (Mammoth Engraving), its owners, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to any claim that the Customer Materials infringe or violate any third-party rights.

We do not review Customer Materials for intellectual property compliance and make no representations or warranties regarding the legality of any designs you provide. We reserve the right to refuse any order that we, in our sole discretion, believe may infringe third-party rights, without liability to you.

We do not acquire any ownership rights in your Customer Materials. We will not use your designs in our marketing, portfolio, or examples without your prior written permission.

You agree that Custom Mammoth shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from or related to the intellectual property status of any materials you provide. All risk associated with the rights to designs, logos, text, and artwork rests solely with you.

Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for order fulfillment, customer service, accounting, tax, and legal purposes. We may delete information upon request where we are not required to retain it. We make no guarantee that data will be retained for any specific period.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing customammoth@gmail.com. We will respond as required by applicable law. Some records may be retained for legal or accounting reasons. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Cookie preferences can be managed in your browser.

Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
